Return & Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Inspection Window

Flexia guarantees complete customer satisfaction with every handcrafted product. If an item arrives with a factory defect, incorrect specification, or transit damage, you are entitled to initiate a return request within 7 calendar days of parcel receipt.

2. Return Conditions & Eligibility

To qualify for a replacement, exchange, or account refund:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in identical pristine condition as received.
• Original brand packaging, dust bags, manufacturer tags, barcodes, and protective film must be intact.
• An unboxing video or photographic proof of the defect/damage must be uploaded during RMA filing.

3. Non-Returnable Merchandise

Due to hygiene and personalized craftsmanship, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

• Bespoke / Custom-tailored items with custom monogramming, initials, or bespoke sizing.
• Personal accessories or small leather goods showing signs of wear, oiling, or creasing.
• Products showing evidence of outdoor use, leather creasing, scuffs, or chemical treatment.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return arrives at the Flexia Islamabad inspection hub, quality inspectors review the merchandise within 48 hours. Approved refunds are remitted directly to your originating IBFT / Raast bank account within 3–5 business days. Please note courier shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an internal fulfillment error.
