1. General Overview & Agreement
This website (flexia.com.pk) is operated by Flexia. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Flexia. By visiting our site or purchasing merchandise from us, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Product Accuracy & Specifications
Flexia takes extreme diligence in displaying handcrafted leather dimensions, tanning finishes, and sizing specifications with maximum fidelity. However, as natural full-grain leather contains intrinsic physical variations, slight texture variations and natural grain markings remain inherent and acceptable.
3. Order Acceptance & Price Modifications
Prices for handcrafted leather goods are subject to change without prior notice based on raw material costs and currency parity. Flexia reserves the absolute right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of stock exhaustion, typography errors, or failed 10% advance deposit verification.
4. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you goods shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the consumer and commercial laws of the Islamabad Capital Territory, Pakistan.
